My Life:Chaos
Darkness threatens to overwhelm me
I fall and fall deep inside my mind
Rain, Sun, Snow, lightning I see
A reason for this chaos I cannot find
Red blood, Blue tears, a Black night
This swirl of colors pulls me under
Losing, losing this unwanted fight
I can only sit and deeply ponder
Hate, Love, Hope and deep Despair
A mix of unknown filling a dark heart
Can this chaotic life ever be fair?
Knowledge of this tears me apart
Facing the fight, I only run and hide
A dark little corner is all I own
Can I ever cross this great divide?
And here I sit sad and still alone
Pain, Pleasure, Denial and Acceptance
And still understanding never comes
Can be I must pay an unknown penance?
Through it all my traitorous heart drums
Large, small, New or rather old
This chaos since my untimely birth
Shadows and turmoil leave me cold
And still I wonder what I'll be worth
Can this swirling chaos ever be righted?
Can my heart and mind ever be one?
If it can then I'd be quite delighted
If not at least this crazy life's been FUN stressed
