Guten tag! I'm here, a part of this world, just like you...I hope. I've been on Gaia for some time now and thought, "Eh, I think I'll edit my profile a bit". So here I am, editing the profile. Well, I guess I'll start off to say, I'm an American, but I prefer Germany, where I was before I came here. According to I.Q. tests, I'm a genious, but really, who isn't a genious in their parents' eyes, huh? I listen to a LOT of industrial and rock music. My favorite band would have to be Rammstein, but there's also KMFDM/MDFMK, Orgy, Korn, Slipknot, Disturbed, Static-X, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Drowning Pool, Mudvayne, Rage Against the Machine, Systematic, Weird Al Yankovic, Ra, Rob Zombie, White Zombie, Gackt, Trax, Dir En Grey, etc., etc. Umm, I also play a lot of real-time strategy games. A few would consist of: EVERY COMMAND AND CONQUER (including Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars really soon!), Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne, Starcraft (I have yet to get the Brood War expansion), and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War (Haven't attained the expansion for that, either). I watch a lot of anime, too. I've seen lots of the movies, like Ninja Scroll and Ninja Resurrection, things like that. But as far as a show that almost everyone has watched and fell in love with (refering to Naruto), my favorite character is Kaguya Kimimaro (who's later in the series for those of you that are stuck on the episodes airing on Toonami). Hmm, that's quite a bit of information. Umm...I've got some personal views on certain things, too. Like "love". A strange word "love" is. I discovered that when love affects someone, they end up doing stupid things. I've done stupid things in my life, but for love? No. Sadly, i don't think love is a true emotion, as is hate. There is only anger, joy, and sorrow. You can go ahead and disagree with me, but I can win the argument with this. Love, pride, hate, hope...all emotions designed by the human mind itself. If it weren't for our minds, we'd have become perfect, emotionless. Though, when everyone is perfect, nobody is. That's why God, Allah, or whomever you believe in, gave us a soul and a heart, to live and question what life would be like without certain unneccessary things. Through evaluation of life, I've discovered that the feeling of "hate" is more heightned anger with the combination of aggression towards another thing, whether it be yourself, or others. another evaluation, pride, more of a said "sin" than an emotion, it's what happens when joy is choked by anger and sorrow, forming a sense of uplifting feeling. It causes you to boast, to constantly brag about your accomplishments. Here's the question, though: why is PRIDE said to be the deadliest of the "Seven Deadly Sins"? It's because it causes the other sins to flow into anothers' soul. You brag about something, which may or may not belittle another person. This, in turn, causes forms of jealousy and envy, and sometimes even sloth, due to them giving up on it all, seeing as you MUST be better than them. The next "emotion" is LOVE. Love is something that happens when all of the TRUE emotions kick in at once, and like opposing magneti fields, repel from eachother at the same instant. Sometimes, you feel joy when around them (which is actually just PHERAMONES that your body receives from this "significant other"), others feel sorrow, seeing as they can't seem to get their much needed rest because of the many nights they spent awake, rehearsing what they were going to say to this "significant other" about how they felt, then screwing up all of their time windows to let this other to know, and finally, they feel anger, normally towards themself for the mistakes they made around this other, then overlooked them to the point it couldn't get out of your memories. All in all, some people fell all three at once, like myself, for all of these reasons and maybe even more. Sure, these feelings are translated to "love", and "hate", and "hope", but in truth, I will ignore them with all of my TRUE emotions I stick to. I don't need anymore than the joy, anger, and sorrow I feel and have felt over the years I have lived. That's "love"...a little long you say? Only if your views are different is it long.
