Hello, I'm Sock. I'm an Alaskan living in South Dakota for the time being, best defined by the words "eccentric writer". I have a lot of rather strange interests, especially for someone teenaged. I enjoy theatre, writing (obviously), creating characters, politics, other cultures, languages, psychology, and people. I have a lot of little niche interests though. I'm a ENFP, and I co-run a small but growing guild called Multilingualism.I love indie music. Some of my favourite bands/artists are The Mountain Goats, The Decemberists, Alanis Morissette, Sufjan Stevens, and more. You can see my Last.FM here. Some of my favourite TV shows are How I Met Your Mother, Glee, Friends, Mystery Science Theatre 3000, and some others. As far as movies go, I love pretty much anything by Tim Burton, and basically any musical you can think of (besides Phantom of the Opera - yuck). Rent is my absolute favourite. I'm pretty staunchly liberal, but try not to be preachy about it. I speak French, albeit not fluently, and plan on moving to France someday if all goes well. You can usually find me hanging around Gaia International, and sometimes Lifestyle Discussion, and I occasionally lurk around Extended Discussion.
