This is my response to those who oppose the idea of hunting animals for food. Those who hunt for simple trophies and leave the rest to rot are poachers by definition.

Proof of Evolution
I can state one fact that can prove evolution is everything but a fact, aka a scientific theory.
Black Plague Resistance.
A mutation that is inherited makes them immune the the black plague. This same mutation makes the highly resistance to the HIV virus.
This is a probable scenario. A new virus occures that is 100% lethal to everyone except those who have this same mutation. It is air born and can be dormant like the cold virus for years, and those not killed are carriers and all conceptions without this viral resistance are terminated quickly, if not instantly.
From then on the human genome will be forever altered. A few more viruses occur in the same way playing off other mutations, some adding or subtracting some genes to the existing code and then in a millenia, or two, these new human no longer become inter-breed-able with humans of our era and thus have become a new species and evolution prevails.
