There is a time and place for everything. God's timing is best and I know He has not stopped watching you. He has great plans for your future if you follow Him.
God can bring you healing. I am sorry for the memories, even I have things I wish not to remember. I focus on other things, like Jesus, and ask the Lord for His joy. He gives me peace, and I pray He gives you His peace in this time, too.
That is a good quote he gave you. I do hope you have a good Christmas despite all of these things. For Jesus came to be born, died, and rose from death to wipe away all of our sins so we can live with Him eternally, if we so choose. He gave us this gift for Christmas to always remember.
