I am considered to be one of the "elder gaians" on here. Found this site via my son. Hoping to meet other parents and make new friends. Still learning about all that Gaia has to offer. I've been a member for a long time but, just started getting involved in some of the threads, creating my aquarium, and using tektek for new avatars--which is quite addicting!! I love to spend time with my son but, he is entering that age where it's time to hang out with his friends. I know I have to let him go but, it's really hard. Although having time for myself now and again is rather nice. I'm a total music junkie, reading is my favorite way to relax, and football is my favorite sport. I think butterflies are beautiful and I wear flip flops all year round, even in the snow!! I write poetry--but never share it. I love taking pictures--black & white film is my favorite. Taking long road trips are the best--as long as I have the right music. That's about all for now. I may update this section someday soon. However if there is anything you may want to know about me feel free to ask. I wish everyone the best on here and in your "rl". Just remember to embrace the good and never worry about the small stuff. Never waste your energy worrying about things you can't control.

Santa Clause: I'm going to be giving out a gift on Dec. 24th. I hope everybody likes it...

Santa Clause: Don't worry, I'm doing this every year...Ho Ho Ho. Ok, first the kids should put items that are 10k or under in their wishlist so I can buy them on Christmas.
If they don't put it in there, I'll give them 5k...Ho Ho Ho. But it's not fair just to give the kids gift, the kids have to give me milk and cookies. As for Naughty ones as far as
I know will get items that are 5k and under.
Mrs.Clause: But isn't the gift too small? How about 15k for good kids and 10k for naughty ones.

My youngest 2 are getting better, but now my older 3 are getting it. the cough really is horrible...I was up every night last weekend making sure my little ones were ok....it scared me when they coughed so hard. I thought they might not take in another breath or pass out or something. I worry a lot sometimes.
well get lots of rest...maybe some soup and o.j. if you can stomach it...I hope your son feels better soon as well!
