Everyday I'd walk a mile,
Just to see that lovely smile.


It always manages to make me grin,
Even when things are so grim.


But when I see that smile go,
Something is wrong, I just know.


It makes me sad to see you down,
Your smile replaced by a frown.


I wish there was more I could do,
But nothing I say has any value.

So I'll sit beside you and wait,
Until I know your feeling great.

Because when I see that smile again,
I'll know your feeling better then.

The pain of the other day will go away.
Just go through the pain.




When I open my eyes,
I see the sunshine.

And then I see you coming through.
Through the rain.

Coming back to me,
I thought it was a dream.

Something that it was unbelievable.
Became true.

True forever, and will not go away.
I just think it wont.




If you wanna be somebody.
If you wanna go somewhere.

Then you better wake up.
And pay attention.
