gray skies on this street filled with people, and i'm all alone in this mist that lingers... i haven't touched the pool of original thought for a while now... but the somber dank of the day made a splash, and i remember how i once loved to listen as words dance down the sidewalk and up the trees and across the windows... i remember that i once loved to watch the images of sisters in white satin dresses paint themselves into the sunless eternity above... i once loved to touch that pool where these things were infinite... then i got caught in this daily motion, which seemed so perfect in the standard of this world... i forgot how empty i am when i've been looking to everyone who walks about me for too long... my status becomes the lyrics to a song that has been on the radio a thousand times, not my own emotions unraveled into an appeal...
now that the perfect thunder has woken me up, i wish not to lay my head again...

Then again sometimes I have a hard time taking them seriously then, too! xD I have a complex. I don't think anyone ever really wants to be with me, ever so I assume it's a joke.

I think I end up dating guys more than girls because I'm too chicken to do the asking-out, and girls usually wait for the guys to take the initiative. Oh well lol.

I haven't been up to much. I start a new job on monday (better paying one!) aaaand I have a date on friday! Yay! Unless I chicken out. Then I'll be sitting at home with my sisters and/or deadbeat friends watching movies and eating stuff that will inevitably make me morbidly obese in time. smile

You don't need <em>really</em> good grades to get into college, you know. Just relatively good ones will let you in to many. And living and learning in Massachusetts (or, New England in general) gives you an advantage when it comes to going to college, I believe. I remember hearing that many colleges like to have New-Englanders, because the curriculum 'round here is better or something.
