Episode 19 – Resolution to Live

Exploring this new land known as Outo Country, the dimensional travelers take on occupations to earn funds and seek information about possible hidden feathers. Half of the group risks life and limb fighting demons, while the other two spend their days tending to a café. While Kurogane and Fai scour the countryside for facts, Syaoran and Sakura make friends with a handful of the demon hunters. Everyone is buzzing about a new breed of demon and when the beast attacks, Syaoran knows that he must learn a new fighting art… Or face the finality of death.

Episode 20 – The Afternoon Piano

Syaoran has decided to take up swordcraft in order to round out the abilities he needs for the great quest, with Kurogane as his teacher. With the purchase of new blades, the training is intense. Fai procures a piano for the café, and Sakura decides to takes a more active roll in the hunt for her memories, quizzing café patrons on local legends. While Sakura minds the shop all alone, a beautiful visitor plays a song, the music having an amazing effect on the princess. Much is revealed in melody, a tune of longing and poetic recollection… The secrets in the song drift into the air, for anyone to hear.

Episode 21 – The Demon’s True Face

The demons are perpetrating odd rampages on the citizenry, a sign of shift in the way the creatures operate. Syaoran’s rigid training is interrupted by such an attack, and an ally swoops in to help… Regardless, his lesson is ruined. But the beautiful lounge singer holds hidden information on the new breed, information she shares with Kurogane and Fai. Something truly strange is afoot and the balance has become skewed. To find this new demon with the ability to control all others might be to find one of Sakura’s feathers. Perhaps the princess will lead the hunters to the answer herself.

Episode 22 – Indelible Memory

Syaoran has confronted the new breed of demon, and the face of the beast is very human indeed… And very familiar. The hunters gather to make a plan, deciphering all that they have learned about this fresh threat. It will be a tricky battle, for the quest to reclaim Sakura’s shattered memory has been one where the past meets the future in the present… Many dangers must be overcome before the answer can be sought. Of all the paths of every life, mingling in the dimension between dimensions where a foe has the face of an ally, and an ally the face of a monster.
