lol we were just talking bout the weather anyways..
i don't keep my profile like most peeps have theirs..
thinking it's time to just junk it all..
but one of the things i removed was the comments section
so i never can get back to a conversation in comments if my comp shuts down or i need to reboot
as i'd lose the tab that i had open
and wouldn't know bout how to get back to any comment you might've made on my comment board
i make moneys posting in the forums..
i like carrying convos there..

i've been having a lot of fun with new avis lately
been getting a lot of attention from peeps lately and i don't exactly know why..
no room for a chair so i hafta use the bed and one of those sit up pillows to play online

no.. i'm not really a trainer
only that my aunt got me into running with her when i was little and it stuck with me
when i was forced to move back to my home town i ended up on the other end of the city
i needed to make new friends so i just hung around my neighborhood and made friends
but they sometimes saw me coming back from my morning runs and they kind of fit bashed me
they were all a little over weight and i finally challenged them to get off their butts and join me
only got one to do it.. instead of runs we just did walks because she was the heaviest
after she lost 6 dress sizes we got the other 2 to join us and we walked for 8months together every morning
i do marathons and after one of them with my friends cheering me at the end..
they picked up the pace and began jogging with me..
been doing that with them for almost a year now!
but if you asked me to hold something over my head.. i'm a complete wimp! cat_gonk
yea we start our run @ a little before 6am
got to fit it in somewhere and that's the best time
15mins of exercise in the morning will burn calories all day long
roommate weighs 400lbs and his new wife 350lbs.. umm.. metric that's.. 181kg & 158kg?
she won't give up her sugar pop because the nasty after taste.. yet she wants to lose half that!
that's such a tiny pain to live with to cut so many calories out of her diet..
but she's not willing to give nothing up.. so she's gonna end up just as heavy as her hubster!
meanwhile.. my 3 friends fight over outfits in the department stores because they all fit them now!
