I like the ones from grocery stores too the ones they use to have from Shop Rite. I would microwave them for 30 seconds and they would be soft even if they were hard before and a bit crunchy on the outside

Depends on the cookie I guess. Now those soft sugar cookies with the creamy frosting that seem to melt in your mouth that you buy at the grocery store
