Hey I'm the Warded Man come to life from Peter V. Brett's book The Painted Man (UK), The Warded Man (US), El Hombre Mercado (Spain), and the various other international names.I live in a world torn apart and separated from each other by fear, otherwise known as demons. Most people hide in fear from demons, separated in to distant towns, protected by the wards. People are afraid to go anywhere more than a day away unless they want to be demon dinner at nightfall when the demons rise up.
Not me. Using the I'm out to show those suckers that they should really be fearing: us. I took the wards and tattooed them on my body so now I'm lean, mean, demon killing one man army.
