[Muun tamdre] - Translates to 'Iron Sphere.' This is a system of managing emotions that Huanjyn taught me as a child. To rid a child of her natural fears and desires, you must go to great measures to make her block them out. Visualize an island in the middle of an ocean. Tsunamis rise in the distance; these are emotions in all their inherent rampancy, aimless thoughts, the empathich infections from other people. Now, take the sand of the island and transform them into iron plates, and meld the plates into a sphere around your body. Inside this sphere, nothing can reach you. All you feel is the cold of iron, and the storm of the sea is powerless against that sphere. Now, imagine holding this sphere together for over 100 years. What do you feel?
