Actually, I'm not really supposed to be playing on the computer, I'm supposed to be sanding and staining my futon, to get it ready to be placed into my living room LOL, but there's always tomorrow
My problem is that I had rather be on the computer, knitting, or just being lazy, rather than working, but we're all like that I think; but it will get done, and I'm actually taking pictures of the process, as this is the first time in YEARS since I've done anything with woodwork (good thing my dad is around to help me when I need him).I guess so you all can get to know me better I had better, explain what kind of person I am, and give you a sneak peek into my life. For starters, I'm 28 years young, I'm happily married to a wonderful man, I don't work - well not outside the home anyway, we don't have any kids; BUT I am mom to one cat, Simba, he's a Flame-point Siamese (meaning he's got the markings of a Siamese cat, but he's white with orange tipped ears and tail), and one bird, PrettyBird, she's a Rare Parakeet (meaning she doesn't have the colors of a normal parakeet, she's actually solid white with one spot of blue on her back close to her tail).
Although, I do take on many projects (the futon being one), I do have a few hobbies that I just LOVE and have to do at least once a day. I love to knit, it's relaxing and actually calms me down; plus I like taking yarn and making something you can use or give as a gift. I do work with graphics, I do pixel art, as well as, photomanips; I even have done all the graphics on both of my sites. I own and run 2 sites, one is my personal site (all about me, my graphic artworks, among other hobbies); and the other is my forum (has tons of things there from world news, the paranormal, graphics, hobbies, life, video games, and sports).
