I do so love this time of year.
Having 2 research papers, a slide presentation, application, artist statement, 2 exams, 2 studio pieces, etc due all around the same time? That's just fluffly kitties and happy butterflies for me  I love getting in traffic in the morning and getting to check out the cool bumper stickers of the car that pulls in front of me ^^ Sometimes it's educational to examine the paint job quality of the truck that's parked so close to my driver side door that I can't get it open! It's good anyways just to get the exercise of climbing over the console in my car to get into the driver's seat! So thank you to those that drive big a** trucks and don't realize it <3 I really do love it too when people buy shiny 'SUVs' as commuter cars! Silly me, I only have a used two seater with good gas mileage. I should so be in debt for something I don't need at all!! When I can't get a working power adapter for my laptop, it's just like an early christmas- but better! And my kitten does look rather cute when he's hanging by his claws from my leg or my back. The sensation of sudden tearing of flesh by tiny sharp kitten claws is rather invigorating. Another part of my day on campus that I really look forward to is waiting as the elevator stops on the second floor. If you're completely healthy and could walk a flight of stairs- up or down- don't! You wouldn't wanna make light of your health and working limbs and waste them on stairs. It's kind of cool too when my car makes squealing noises I've never heard before! :0
It's the little daily joys of life that really keep you going  I don't mean to go on and on about how great my week was, but I thought you would find it amusing.
