Wow. Two flatsales in one week, two second-places of sorts in both.:3 But I'm very content.
First, I FINALLY got my hands on an Astra(eee~!). ^^ I happened to see a flatsale announcement shortly after getting my account to work again.. *squees*
I originally went out for Grus the... stork? Crane, crane.^^; But I placed second, and therefore got le` awesome Vela instead. (I'll bet she's awesome when she becomes a baby. 3nodding )
Next! Yesterday night, I happened upon an adoption thread labeled 'Asylum'.
No da, immediately interested.^^
Surprisingly enough, a flatsale was going on RIGHT THEN. So, another RP prompt, another send in... (though before that I went through a ninja-twin floppy spree and had about an hour of idiocy about that- *groan* don't ask.) and voila`! I won.^_^ *squeal* Well, sorta.
See, two people went for him, including me. He couldn't choose between the two so he made a twin.XD
His brother's trait is paranoia (aww*cuddles*) and his adopter named him 'Caesar', appropriately enough.^^
So, off to find Shakespeare info. Ta-dah.
I named mine Lear- his trait's depression.:3 This'll be fun.XD
Iiii had to borrow the 3k from Shugo, though, because I had JUST bought me prized Goti clips for 5.5(after immense scrimping, saving, and lots of agony. Once again, I'll spare the details)... *hees* But I got them. And Shugo lent me 3k, since they offered it before for the aforementioned floppy auction.
*purrs* But now, I've both my first breedables in the same week. Yes, I owe Shug money, but that'll be paid off before next week.XD
*yawns* And now, off to customize up Vela's journal a bit...~
