Rest

For the next day, Mathias didn't do much of anything but sleep under his makeshift tent that he set up on the nearby trees.
Each time he got up, he felt a pain strike him in the head, and a sickness in his stomach causing him to get nauseous, and causing him to lay back down, feeling beaten, tired, and not wanting to do much of anything.
His heart felt heavy, and he couldn't help but feel like life kept beating him down, harder and harder the older he got.
Before he knew it the day had quickly vanished, and all he had to feel was confusion, sickness and a heavy heart

"Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time."
-John Lubbock
