Fiesta is a brand preferred by zoos, which greatly overprice the initially cheap stuffed animal.
Sometimes, they're on the soft side.
Sometimes, they're cute.
Usually, neither...
But, they're stuffed animals at the zoo, so they end up gotten.
Don't waste your money.
They're glued at the seems, with little-to-no-sewing. And, it's likely school glue specifically.
They start to come apart after 1-to-5 days of use. Every time.
If you're going to buy Fiesta stuffed animals, make sure you do not allow them to be played with, hugged, or gotten moist.
Humidity (humid climate), and sweat (dry, and hot climate) hasten the destruction. The glue cannot hold up to moisture.
My mother bought me a Fiesta tiger from a zoo in Washington, or Ohio... I don't recall which... Last year... Very light sweat on it from holding it outside in the early summer in Arizona caused the glue to come undone, revealing it was glued. (Yes, it was glued together. I could see that it was after the hole came into existence by looking at the two sides of the stringless, gluey seems.)
My mother bought a bunch of Fiesta stuffed animals at the Phoenix Zoo this spring, because they were on sale.
I started to hug a large elephant... Hugging it made the glued seem come apart in the same spot that it happened on the tiger, on the middle of the back. Apparently, that's where they're the most vulnerable to come undone.
Still desire a zoo souvenir?
I'd recommend clothes, or something made of stone, or wood.
Watch out. If zoos are intentionally stocking up on toys that come apart so you get new ones next time... Their other products could also be highly faulty.
