From Sedantary to Supermom I am in horrible shape, and so I want to get in better shape! For my own healt's sake and to be able to spend time with and play with my daughter as she grows. From Jan 1st I want to make sure I exercise every day, even if I'm on a tight scedule f

A long Hiatus
That was much longer of a delay than I wanted it to be...

I had my fiance over after the holidays, and getting anything done with him around is difficult. Not because he's in the way, but because we see each other so rarely we'd much rather want to play games together than go to the gym. And blogging with a guest isn't really the best of etiquette, wouldn't you say?
