This is the shocking moment a violent thug resisted arrest - by launching a brutal attack on two police officers.
Footage from Glasgow shows a uniformed male and female officer pinning a suspect against the wall outside a roadside pub following alleged drug offences.
But as they attempt to handcuff him the man lands a hard blow on the policeman's face before wrestling him and knocking the woman to the ground.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed the incident happened on Saturday, August 6, at around 7.30pm on Saracen Street in Possilpark.
She said: 'Two officers on mobile patrol in the Saracen area stopped a group of males believed to be in possession of drugs.
'Three men - aged 23, 24 and 25 - were arrested in connection prosthodontist with the incident and alleged drug offences.'
