Chlorine has been around for many years and is still the best way to achieve the cleanest and safest water to swim in. Salt water chlorinators also produce chlorine in smaller doses to keep your pool clean and safe to swim in. Crystal Pools is still yet to be convinced with some of the alternative products on the market. We have used other products on customers' request over the years and have always reverted back to chlorine and salt chlorinators as they are proven performers.
An alternative to a continuous sheet of pool covering is multiple floating disks which are deployed and removed disk by disk. They cover most of the surface of the pool and offer evaporation reduction similar to continuous covers. Various types are available, for example opaque (for UV resistance and possible reduced algal growth), transparent (for esthetics), heavy and solid (for wind resistance), light and inflatable (for ease of handling).
There are essentially two classes of resin above ground pools. There's Resin and Resin Hybrid. Resin above ground pools use the same steel wall but all other components are made of 100% resin. The Resin Hybrid pools again utilize the steel wall but us a mixture of steel and 100% resin components. Generally, these pools are very competitively priced and are just a strong as the all resin pools.

We recieved our pool in a week so that was good. The quality of the pool is excellent. Very sturdy. The only bad thing I can say is the instructions were the worst ever. The pictures were dark and not well written. Also, the pool top says seats and they are really not seats, that could be mistaken and ruin the pool. I hadn't noticed that the sand did not come with the pool but that was no big deal. The sand is only $15 for 50 pounds and you need two bags for the filter. I love my pool.
