Yet even if you're not old enough to be worried about aging, it's still a good idea to use your brain as much as you can every day. Things like reading books, researching topics you are interested in and taking classes are all good for this. Using your intellectual faculties help to keep you young and interested in life. Learning new skills, taking different routes to work and back home each day and using your non dominant hand every once in a while are great ways to keep your brain active, no matter how old you might be.

If you have trouble staying motivated to exercise, one of the best things you can do is get a partner or form a group. You can do things together at the same time such as going to the gym, walking or running. There are lots of different sports that are for two or more people like hiking or biking. You will not have to force yourself to keep fit if you make it a social activity, you probably will even look forward to working out. Why don't you meet up with like minded people who want to improve their fitness and lose weight in your area? Now it is down to you to implement these changes that we've seen in this article regarding improving health. You must just retrain yourself to form new habits, which isn't difficult at all considering you can do it at your own pace.
