Traits
-Inhuman strength stemming from his demon side.
-Extremely resilient with an almost incomprehensible pain threshold due to the fact that he often slices himself up to bring about his blood magic.
-His regenerative abilities of his demon side partnered alongside his blood magic often makes people who have seen him fight think of him as immortal from the fact that he can recover completely from any wound, no matter how devastating.
-A sixth sense that acts as a form of mental radar that allows him to know the general area of people with extraordinary abilities, this sense becomes more potent to specific individuals as it "generates" a kind of fingerprint the longer he spends with any particular person.
-A rather adequate hand-to-hand fighter gained from his many decades of constantly taking part in wars along with swordsmanship skills capable of fending off skillful opponents, however crude his skill with a blade may be.
Capabilities
-By far his blood magic is his most potent weapon which is limited only by his imagination and almost branches out to basic necromancy, though the drawback is just as deadly to himself thanks to his human side.
-Earth magic is Kains primary go-to ability when fighting other ranged magic and elemental opponents and, despite it still being a long shot away from his blood magic, is his most developed of his 3 elements as he favors the sheer destructive capabilities.
-Darkness, despite it being any demons pride and joy, is very mediocre compared to pure blooded demon lords, to Kain it is merely a method to store his two weapons and a form of transportation, which is how he is able to appear almost anywhere.
-Fire is definitely his most basic element, using it in battle only serves as a distraction from more devastating attacks that follow, out of battle, however he may conjure up magnificent scorching blue flames which he will use in an attempt to scare away or intimidate people in the very rare times he doesn't feel like fighting.
Weapons
A heavily battle worn Katana, custom made to look just as brutish as Kain himself does, by no means is it sharp, but the many chips and ridges in it make it a tool of pain, this blade doesn't pierce, it rips and shreds and is much heavier than traditional blades of this type. His gun is no less crude: An M60 heavy machine gun loaded with armor piercing rounds. He claims both of these weapons from a pocket of his own realm of shadows.
Personality
Kain forms his friends through battle, as that is what he revels in and respects nothing but strength and fearlessness on the battlefield. he can be seen as heartless at times which is heavily supported by the fact that he would happily commit genocide for sport.
Bio
Kain was born a human-demon hybrid with a demon birth mother and a human father. During his birth a strange visitor came to see him and his parents and allowed him to perform a ritual that they thought would make Kain become strong...and it did. After he had left, something inside Kain began draining his mothers power, thus becoming a 3-way hybrid the other 3rd of him was known as a vampire of sorts. Instead of draining blood from humans, he took power from anything that could use magic abilities. After many many years, he realized he had stopped aging at the age of 40, he had slain warriors in the thousands all belonging to many races with his blade and extraordinary abilities. Kain favors the work of a mercenary as choosing and being loyal to only one side of any conflict is more work than staying neutral, many armies have sought out his help although not all battles were won, Kain certainly had fun being a part of them.
Absorber Info: Kain absorbs his strongest of foes and always looks forward to the next, but it isn't without its burden, he often has nightmares that may sometimes cause bodily harm to him, when he is awake of course, they are nothing more than visions of torment. Kain tries his best to hide his mental pain any way he can. He absorbs his foes only when they are weak as it isn't an easy task doing so otherwise, He does this by inserting his demonic claw into your chest, your body will not disappear and you may still regain consciousness but your powers will be no more, leaving you with whatever martial-art or weapon skills you had.
As an Absorber Kain also has the ability to heal himself using your own wounds, as this also takes up the persons blood he is often mistaken as a type of vampire the only difference being that his victim isn't completely drained, in fact this process takes up very little of the persons blood supply, though he is more than capable of taking it all. The victims of this process are usually those he has just fought but have lost consciousness. Depending on the persons blood loss during the fight and Kain's need, Death is a possibility but for humans it is a guarantee.
Bio Part two
Kains origins are quite possibly that of the ancient city, most likely the only survivor, if not a possible cause of its abandonment, though his memory of ever visiting or even living there are long enough in his past that he no longer recognizes the place and even its name escapes him. The main reason for his arrival in Orion city come from rumors and stories of a city that is a haven for humans and non humans alike with little to no law enforcement other than that of The Syndicate, a faction of the city that Kain himself founded shortly after he had settled in, While they are the closest thing to a police force the city has they are still just the equivalent of an army-for-hire, they won't do anything for anyone unless they are paid or it involves their own interests.
Eventually Kain discovered the two elven kind, Threx and Whisper. Threx's position as leader of the craftsmen faction called The Lavinan Troth and the new-found protection that The Syndicate offers made them fast friends, albeit out of mutual gain. His relationship with Whisper however, was another story, While he never considered her to be an enemy despite being positive that she saw him as one, they did clash with each other very often both inside and outside the city. as his faction grew reports of her attacks against his faction very quickly became a thorn in his side and the clashes outside the city made it almost impossible to retrieve much needed materials and resources and stopped people trading because of the skirmishes inside the city, which then forced Threxx to intervene and successfully negotiated a fragile truce between the two, resulting in the re-stabilization of Orions economy.
Weaknesses
-Being half human means that Kains use of blood magic use is dependent on his blood supply, which is why Kain often goes hunting for humans to drain.
-While Kain is both strong and resilient his agility leaves much to be desired, the majority of his mobility comes from his half-wings and his running speed is no more impressive than that of an Olympian sprinter
-A side effect of his lack of feeling much pain makes him almost oblivious to internal damage that doesn't involve broken bones or immediate debilitation
-The illusions of Kains immortality are exactly that, being half human makes him dedicate a large portion of his blood magic capabilities to the support of his natural demonic regenerative abilities which is what allows him to regrow dismembered body parts in a matter of moments, however that is the extent of it, nervous systems, bones, flesh and muscle are all he is capable of rapidly regenerating, internal organ damage isn't something he can fix during a fight and even after battle takes a long time to grow back, though he has become an expert at hiding how much it actually takes out of him
-Kains sixth sense of being able to find people in any location is almost exclusively dependent on having met the person and is hindered further by distance, his luck in finding those he actually wishes to see is entirely based on educated guessing up until he has spent extra time closer to the person for his sense to be able to develop fingerprint markers.
