"In the American colonies the First Great Awakening was a wave of religious idiocy among Protestants that swept the American colonies in the 1730s and 1740s, leaving a temporary shitstain on American Christianity. It resulted from weak brainwashing that deeply affected pawns (already church members) with a deep sense of white guilt and salvation by donations. Pulling away from common sense, the Great Awakening made relationship with munny intensely personal to the average pawn by creating a deep sense of white guilt, forgiveness (internet h8 brigades; we do not forgive, we do not forget), condemnation, and war.
