Like everyone else I was a new person not knowing what to do or how to interact. I remember that in the past at the Rally and all I got was people just like my younger self-acting all high and mighty just because their character looks good. After that experience, I thought it was correct to treat people in such a mean way. I was very wrong as for sure the people that treat me such way were kids younger than me. I decided to take a break as my attitude was not helping anyone, of course, nobody wanted to play with me. After taking a hiatus that is where the fun began and making memories happen.
While roleplaying in a lovely site called MySpace and making a few friends, seeing them getting on gaia I deiced to follow along as now I had a better attitude as well as people to play with. I remember playing so much zOMG I stayed up for hours until the sun raised. I can't forget to try to understand BBCode ( which I still haven't learned very well xd ), having my wishlist full of junk, trying to look as cute as my friend's character, learning how to do pixels and so on and forth.
Eventually, it died out as little by little people were leaving as we started college or have a family which must take care of. Pretty much adulthood started to begin taking so many responsibilities that nobody has the time to come over. If my friends decided to come back it is like for the same reason I came back and for sure for others; Curiosity.
My curiosity rise to find out two of my favorite things have been taken away, zOMG! and Tektek. Even though I was saddened by this I notice that earning gold is easier than back then. As well a few of my favorite guilds are gone except one which is on the support section of my profile. Gaia has changed however, it still has is fun is just a little harder to make friends as I used to interact with people on zOMG not only that I am quite old. Gaia is a community that is ruled mostly by teens or younger which makes me unconformable. However I had seen a few people who are the same or close to the same age as me, it doesn't make me feel so alone. Gaia has become part of my early and late teens' memories. Even now in my mid-20s is good to say goodbye to it as is better to be left on my teens. I feel I am too old for this site as it is a good practice for games like Maple Story, WoW, Diablo, and so on.
