Misty Morning
Awaken, purple sky
Before the solitude, Alone at last
Begin to cry,
"What about these woods I know?
Each tree, their splendor wood
How or what of this essence
Shall I begin to grow?"
Thus, a long journey began
Through the dark wood
Along came a red fox
And through the dark wood she ran
In the direction of the fox I walk
Tree after tree
Upon a lake in view
Along with a happy grizzly,
He began to stalk
Through the wood I ran
A heartbeat loud persists
I began to feel I can't stand
I subside in this mist
I take my time and turn
Nothing to see
Back to the lake I roam
To subdue my thirst
Deeper into the wood I go
I reach a town in woe
Not a single being to be seen
I turn to view a woman
Her eyes sweetly gleam
She spoke, "What of you to my realm you seek?
Through the wood so far and deep
I hope to know your way
You are strangely weak."
I,"From the wood I come
As well from a daze
A hungry animal I see
He eyes were red, ablaze
I seek a shelter, hopefully sustenance
To get my mind collected as well
A shelter here I find?"
She spoke, "A shelter here indeed."
She leads me to her home,
A strange smell emits
beyond the window I see
Only the mist to roam
"A drink for you and me." She says as she places down her mug
And from the mug I drink
Looking over feeling slug,
To her I can't even speak
"A shelter.." She spoke
"A home.. for you eternally."
