China's Huawei has announced its flagship Mate 8 phablet...the first new handset other than Google's latest Nexus duo to ship with Android Marshmallow.

This Huawei-built chip is paired with an i5 co-processor, which Huawei boasts provides...speech recognition, low-power consumption MP3, all the functions of a sensor hub, fused location provider navigation and reduced location-based power consumption.
