Well there goes my plans for Dec anime con :( well this sucks my friend invited me to the DEC anime con and i want to be Juvia Lockster from fairy tail because i can kinda sound like her Japanese voice actress but her outfit i like is so high i don't have $175 to put on a new cosplay dress or $75 if i get it used on ebay. then to make things worse the matching shoes is $85 and the wig is like $25 crying
