Each year there is a clear plan to complete a particular section of Guedelon Castle, though the site has to close between November and March because mortar freezes in cold weather. It has a cast of 600, most local people, and features 60 horses. The town also has a unusual music museum, Muse de lAventure du Son, with an outstanding collection of over 1000 radios, gramophones and mechanical instruments from the 1900s to 1960 to be seen.
