Based on radically simple design, the new Breeze and QuietOne
concentrators address the frustration caused by the complexity of
traditional concentrators. The innovative "less is more"
design differs significantly by eliminating up to 60 pneumatic
connections, 30 extraneous electrical connectors, surge tanks, four-way
solenoid valves, cross-over valves, pressure reducing regulators and
electronic control circuits.
Since heat and humidity can lead to unit failure, the sieve
material is packaged in a unique way to prevent contamination and
deterioration from moisture. Residual heat vents out the top of the
concentrator.
With only three active components, the simplified concentrators
mean lower production costs with greater durability and performance for
providers. The advanced technology sieve module has successfully passed
30 years of accelerated testing, while the compressor life has been
extended significantly, routinely greater than 20,000 hours.
