See Everyone, Know Everyone.....
Prologue

It bursted through speeds faster than sound. The ominous noise of which it made was irreplaceable. The Soldiers inside of it knew all too well of what it was capable of. Fear, anxiety, anger, and hate riddled through them. Their blood was pumping hard. Adrenaline coursed through their veins. They could die at any moment. At any given notice, before they could even blink their eyes, they could die. Outside of this cocoon was the sporadic sounds of explosions and gunfire as they descended downwards in their protected shell that was to guide them all the way down to the soil of the planet.
The soldiers inside the armored casket jolted to the side greatly from an explosion offset from it, but the machine stood its course. The eyes of the soldiers' were wide or closed, ready to face off the inevitable of what war would be. Some were drafted, a few volunteered, and one was engineered for this: war.

In an instant the massive metal conch hit the earth and everyone inside was able to take a quick relief. They made it. But the relief was short-lived. The sound of the hissing from the walls that protected them from the outside world were parting and these doors opened up to a world of ruin and fire.
The constraints that held them in their seats were released and they instantly stood up, trained in hundreds of simulations over and over. But as they all parted and left the metallic shell and pointed towards every direction, one was hit straight on. A blast of plasma hit the soldier hard in the chest and he fell back, falling on the floor instantly as the plasma had burned a hole through the soldier's chest.
"MAN DOWN!" Yelled the soldier who was next to him.
They instantly turned and faced their adversary who had shot their brother, firing in unison as they slowly formed a parted line. They were out in the open and had no cover, they had to make use of what little terrain was made and try to take advantage of it, or form together. They fired at the assailant and dropped the single target with their combined firepower, but another ally went down. He was hit in the arm, making him swing to the side due to the molecular momentum the plasma shot carried with it. He growled in pain as one of them called for their medic. The Medic came and grabbed the wounded soldier to keep him down, all around them were hundreds of multiple teams of Orbital-Drop Soldiers pushing forward slowly as they tried whittling down their opponents with gunfire and explosives. The medic worked frantically to medicate the downed soldier and gave him a syringe of medical booster for him to ignore the pain and push through. The medic began applying an anti-septic spray on the wound which instantly soaked into the wound. Then, the first-aid medic applied a foam discharged from a canister which wrapped around the wound and quickly solidified to protect the warrior.

The enemy combatants held their ground as the advancements of humans pushed their way forward to their territory. While their attempts to stop them before entering atmosphere was sensible, it had yielded little effect. But they were on their turf- it was their land. They had the home advantage. In an instant, they began whittling down their human counterparts with small plasma streams of death to massive blobs of it coming down to make massive blue explosions. Their beams of irradiated energy charred through the human armor, cutting it like a hot knife through butter.
It was all moving smoothly and according to plan. But they hadn't expected and prepared for a small but important detail.

The enemy alien bunkers were soon exposed to a dose of heavy fire, a rain of light energy came through and destroyed everything in its path. From sleekly designed armor walls to the extraterrestrials hiding in them and the weapons they used- it was all destroyed. The bright beam came from a lone individual- the individual who had surpassed the tests of insurmountable odds against him and triumphantly came through. He now was there to attest the strength of who he was- to show the aspiring achievements he had accomplished.

The team of soldiers turned to watch this bright beam and destroy what was in front of it before noting an iridescent bright light. The team leader soon spoke clearly and loudly: "Altered-Ranger has pushed through! Get moving squad!"
In an instant, the team picked up their efforts as the medic and the downed soldier soon got up and joined the fight.
With hell on the planet, the warriors of the Orbital-Drop Rangers would show their mettle by knocking through and helping their fellow Altered-Rangers push into the ranks of the Recelians.
The USNE would get their vengeance for what they did to mankind...
