Hey guys,
So I've recently heard about "slow carbs" and "fast carbs" and what they can do for your body. I understand that slow carbs are extremely healthier than white foods (potatoes, breads, whatever else) and "fast carbs". So, I
http://www.nzz.ch/aktuell/startseite/eine-junge-golferin-mit-viel-talent-1.6157640 just had a simple question:
I LOVE to eat at subway, so I'm going to try to go on a "slow carb" only diet. Is this okay to eat?
1: Wheat bread, american cheese on it
2: Harvest Cheddar Sunchips
3: Coke Zero
My main question is, are Harvest Cheddar Sunchips slow carbs or fast? I think that they're somewhat slow, having whole grain in them and a type of cheese. But, please, prove me wrong if I am. Thanks!
