Impact drivers

They may be seen as a a mechanism which offers increased force that is usually applied perpendicular for the bit. In order to accomplish a tough task, the added force ensures that as the user you don't apply a lot of manual pressure to the drill.

These products are often suitable for driving long fasteners and loosening large bolts including lug nuts on car wheels.

When they are effective inside their working, they often make lots of noise when in operation. They are also not ideal for fine woodworking tasks as they tend to have added power that can easily cause a screw to blast through the other side of the wood if you are not careful when working.
