There are already tons of lawsuits between Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. over the different features found on their respective smartphones. Now there is another legal fight between the big two mobile phone makers. Apple asked a federal court in California to stop the sales of Samsung's Android-powered, Google co-branded Galaxy Nexus over alleged "patent violations"
. The guys behind the iPhone are known to pull of something petty like this. When the competition makes a product that's better than theirs, they automatically call it a theft. This behavior dates back to when made its first version of Windows http://www.pcmag.com/encyclopedia/term/51537/smartphone and Steve Jobs claimed it was a copy of Macintosh's GUI (although the Mac GUI itself was a copy of someone else's idea). The high volume of legal cases between Apple and Samsung gives this current case much less weight to go on.There are currently more than 20 cases against between Samsung and Apple with no signs of slowing down. The smartphone market should be about who makes the best product, not who is allowed to make the product. All these lawsuits need to end.
