Apple asked a federal court in California to stop the sales of Samsung's Android-powered, Google co-branded Galaxy Nexus over alleged "patent violations"
. The guys behind the iPhone are known to pull of something petty like this. When the competition makes a product that's better than theirs, they automatically call it a theft. This behavior dates back to when made its first version of Windows

There are currently more than 20 cases against between Samsung and Apple with no signs of slowing down. The smartphone market should be about who makes the best product, not who is allowed to make the product. All these lawsuits need to end.
