There have been days when I ran. There have been more days when I haven't. There are days when I borderline starve myself because I don't want to spend money on food (and I'm awful at remembering to prepare it ahead of time), and days when I give in. I usually try to buy something relatively healthy, but it doesn't always happen. It always includes rice or noodles. Empty carbs I don't need. My weight hasn't shifted. I don't feel like I'm in any better of a place than when I first started. I don't feel like anything I do matters at all.
