Southern Business Park acquired the five-building portfolio at 2100 Fairfax Rd. and 2015 Kaufelt St. in Greensboro, NC from Canter Properties LLC for $3.45 million.
The office, flex and industrial buildings were completed between 1990 and 2000 in the Central Guilford County submarket. The portfolio totals roughly 63,000 square feet.
