Saint Amber was the crown jewel in which everyone would visit. It was the birth city of where Vivian was originally from so when there were whispers and rumors about it being attacked recently by the fallen arch angels that ran a project in which she herself was test subject from.... It struck a cord within the sun-kissed wolf. Her tails flicked about angrily. She knew it was going to be a possible trap but that was where she originated from, that was her home once upon a time. Where she had grown up until the day of the reaping. When those from N.E.P.H descended from their watch to pick out the very few that was worthy enough in their eyes for genetic modification. To be there rats to test out new chemicals. To see how bodies would react. If any died of course the corps was sent back to the city in which it came from so the mortals could deal and be reminded of the sheer fact of who was in power around them.
Shaking her head Vivian walked out of the Ivory Tower in which she had called her home for the past few months. At least they gave her sanctuary from other placed that wished her to be gone and banished her from for the fact of her past being so sketchy and leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth. In all honesty with how Viv held herself around others, you could almost say she pulls off the b***h card a little too well. Her domineer, the aura around her and the confidence in herself were all really high. While walking out she had heard talk from everyone around her about what she might be doing now. That didn't bother the wolf in the slightest, at least she was being talked about for something else instead of the usual, something that caught everyone off their guard. Exiting to make her way back to the place in which she USED to call her home, she took off in a sprint, not a jog, not a walk, or even a fast pace, no it was a full on sprint. Took about a day and a half of none stop running to get to where she desired to be. Once the golden wolf arrived just to the outer limits of the city, her entire body froze, her heart sank to the bottomless pits of her now seemingly empty chest cavity. There was a sign, posted just for her.
"Go on you crazy wolf b***h, make our day. Come HOME."
And of course the signature was 'N.E.P.H' But just the way it was signed she knew it was posted by the head leader himself. "So this is what you wanted..... I knew it." The wolf shook her head and continued on into the city. Trailing her hand down walls while stepping silently to make sure she wasn't heard or startle anyone..... well anything that might be alive still. If there was anything left besides a huge pile of ruble. Flash backs from a month before she was taken flew through her mind and played while her crimson hues scanned over everything. "I am so sorry...." She stated while seeing a child laying under rocks that were the size of horse carriages. Taking a near by dolly she placed it within the child's, giving it a kiss before chanting in an ancient language that was taught to her by those that worked withing N.E.P.H, so that the one who had passed may rest in a place of peace, without pain. No one knew that Vivian had a soft spot for children all this time, this was the one way anyone could have known to begin with. After leaving the buried child behind she continued to where the destruction began. Cautiously she sauntered about. Her ears and every single sense within her being was on alert now.
