french quarter music festival - New Orleans is a port and largest city in Louisiana. It is located in southeastern Louisiana near the mouth of Mississippi river. New Orleans is rapidly recovering from the disastrous after effects caused by the Hurricane Katrina. This has not deterred tourists from visiting New Orleans and it continues to be a favored travel destination because of its natural beauty and historic legacy. A lot of hotels and other travel-related businesses have reopened, and tourists are returning back to New Orleans.
