I got home, as I have had a Blah..sort of day and listening to a song, that song set me off, and made me really really sad, and quite unhappy and I had to rest or get away from it.
So I ate a bit and took a nice warm bath which has helped, but in the end I hope sleep will help me get through the most of the rest of the moodiness. Hugs
