I'm going to start a fitness journal.
I started at 5"9 145 pounds. Goal is 130 pounds.
January was great, I worked out 19 times. That's 716 minutes of cardio, 1484 sit ups, and 2,268 butt and leg exercise.
February was a bit depressing.. I only worked out 9 times.
That's 255 minutes of cardio, and 664 sit ups.
I'm going to Palm Springs in April so I want to get close to my goal weight.
March I've only missed two days, today because I'm sick, and the first because of a hangover.
Today I'm 137 pounds.
So far I have 215 minutes of cardio, 637 legs and butt and 248 sit ups.
We don't keep anything bad in the house. All fruits and vegetables, water And milk. No soft drinks or junk food. Hopefully I'm not sick tomorrow!
