The Tiger Woods Nike Commercial debuted today and will be playing all week. The ad, an interesting look at the professional golfer isn't like any of the of the Nike ads in the past. An in depth look at the Nike ad gives fans the impression there is some sort of sermon going on.
The ad starts with Tiger Woods staring into the camera and acting like he is listening to whomever is talking. The pro golfer doesn't speak on the camera ad, instead he is listening to words from his deceased father Earl Woods.
At the end of the commercial the Nike logo appears and it seems that the sermon is over. Frankly, the ad doesn't give any explanation of why we are asking these personal questions to the pro golfer who doesn't want to be answering any personal questions. What is for sure is that building the brand of Niki and Tiger Woods will take some time. This commercial as shocking as it is, is only the beginning.
