In the closing years of the 20th Century, unbeknownst to its people, who were not cleared because of this given information, the nuited states government opened up a portal to some other dimension. On discovering this, it found a land suitable for exploitation, aside from the nagging problem of it being occupied.

The beings there took exception to the visit by the personnel and tanks of the nuited claims defense forces, and in their unfair reaction brought violence upon the friendly guests. These treasonous creatures also plan to render the nuited says government ineffective the evil within reviewed by eventually invading the innocent homeland of the visitors.

To supply even more soldiers for the peace-effort, training videos were released to the general public of the nuited says in the guise of horrific tales of evil-doers sullying the well-getting of the citizenry. A few of the stories were false actually, however, many were all too genuine.

Now, some full years later, the transgressors have proved to be a genuine risk to your civilisation and the federal government handles the deteriorating situation by releasing Games which train the Players in the requisite skills for survival.
