I seeked help the other day as I got very very low, at a point which I was getting scared of myself, this doesnt happen often, only maybe 2 or 3 times in my whole life and it got very scary how my mind was working at the time.

I was actually talking to myself trying to convince myself not to Self-Harm, well the two in my head more or less against me as in the person whos typing right now and it got very very strange.

Otherwise I maybe slow coming back fully but Im here and going on now.
