I usually stay away from caffeine because it makes me feel jittery, but I haven't noticed anything like that after using the product for over two weeks. It also does its job as an appetite suppressant very well. I've noticed that after just two weeks of diet and exercise my body has definitely lost fat and built muscle. In the past, i've had a lot of trouble sculpting my abdominals, but since i've started using this product, my stomach is practically shedding fat by itself!
