Giuliana & Bill fans already know that the surrogate or gestational carrier presented the Rancics with their very own baby boy named Edward Duke, but this season follows them along the journey to parenthood.

As the episode opens, the Rancics have purchased their new home and it is time to find an interior designer. As G goes over her schedule with her assistant, she has a lot of things going on. Now she starts to worry if their relationship will suffer once the baby arrives. She wants to keep the spark between them alive and asks her girlfriends for suggestions. Getting a stripper pole is one suggestions, but she does not agree.

The interior designer comes to the house and they decide that they want a comfy home that is warm and inviting. The problem is that they need to be there in a month and the place is still under construction. The designer and lighting expert get together and check out the place, only to discover that there are some missing fixtures for the lighting in the bathroom.

On the way back home, they check in with Delphine, the surrogate to see how she is feeling, and she is doing just fine.

Bill flies off to Chicago to check the storage locker to see what furniture will go to the new home. Now they have to wait until the shipping company can send the stuff. Meanwhile, Giuliana is on the phone asking her mother for advice about keeping her mojo after the baby arrives. The translation is not too easy for G getting her point across to her mother. But once there was understanding, she told G that she never lost her sexiness.

At the Four Seasons in Chicago, Bill goes over the plans to find an apartment for a few months in the residential part of the hotel while Giuliana goes to Zumba class with her girlfriends to keep her mojo.

After Zumba, G gets her friends to help her open the baby shower gifts so she can get started writing the thank you cards. As they open the gifts, they have more fun than one can imagine and remind G that she works on Fashion Police and many of the clothes could end up on the worst dressed baby list.

In Vail, Colorado, Giuliana & Bill are at a breast cancer convention. They have a difficult time telling their story, but get through it and G admits that she is better now than ever. Then off to Denver to see another sonogram of Baby Rancic and he is doing well as is the pregnant mother.
