She had been born in Getsugakure and lived with her father there in Getsugakure for a year, then they (her mother, father and twin brother Shiro) moved to Ushinawareta Yoru's base on an uncharted island on the edge of Sunagakure. Her father joined Ushinawareta Yoru and they lived there for a year together happily. Her mother and father had a fight and her mother took her and her twin brother to Konohagakure where she was presumed to be dead since she was sixteen, so three years, from 16-19. She was raised in Konohagakure for a year surrounded by her mother's family. Her father visited from time to time and got a home near the Hyuga residence where she lived with her mother, grandmother, brother and the rest of the Hyugas and her grandfather from time to time. Since her mother had an accident in her development when Lord Hokage tried to give her some of the fox's chakra before she was born so it'd harmonize better, instead her body took the chakra and started making it it's own, and thus her mother was born with fox chakra and her body still naturally produces the fox chakra, which later caused her mom to gain nine tails. Just like her mother, Shiro has a tail as well, though she was born with hers rather than it forming within the first year of her life and it's believed she won't have more than one tail thanks to her father's blood in her, though she loves her tail and ears and takes great care of them despite her age. She also likes to comb her brother's tail, though his isn't as fluffy as her own.
