How would you want to be able to circumnavigate the world, share your enthusiasm on stage before passionate audience - and hi there ... make money to teach what you LIKE!
As you are reading this, many teachers are out there making money to talk about their interest and teaching others their trade. That can really well be YOU.
Think of it: If you CAN another person's life with your knowledge, put yourself in the speaker's shoes and think of that favorable effect can be MAGNIFIED when you change the number of people MANIFOLD.
The method I see it, if you have a gift - you need to SHARE it!
And while you're at it, why not make money to speak!
Truthfully, if you are in an education or an information company and you're not conducting your own seminar and workshops yet, you are leaving a great deal of money on the table.
LOTS OF IT.
Possibly you've heard that before and you think that running a seminar is too much work.
Perhaps you don't see yourself as somebody who can move crowds since you're not an 'extrovert'.
I also used to keep those limiting beliefs myself, and later on a few revelations struck me as I saw increasingly more 'uncommon' speakers coming out in different fields.
MISCONCEPTION BUSTED # 1: You DON'T need to be an extrovert.
The presenters podium is not a club special to individuals who 'hang out' and 'get along with other individuals'. And you don't need to be a 'real people type' to be effective in business. It might be an advantage but it is certainly not a!
MYTH BUSTED # 2: Being in the workshop business is NOT totally dangerous.
Especially if you understand exactly what you're doing.
Most people are frightened by the battles that brand-new speakers go through and incorrectly believe so. And the thing about being in the seminar business is that, it's not everything about simply delivering material.
Right off the bat I can think about lots of generous speakers who are not paid much (if any at all) to speak at events. While these people are making a couple hundreds of dollars to speak - or a consolation present at the end of their presentation - there are speaking powerhouses out there pounding in hundreds of thousands of dollars from every occasion they go to.
Which One Do You Wish to Be?
If you desire to go BIG in the workshop company and take your information company enterprise to the next level, there's no much better time than now.
And you don't have to be a 'individuals person' to be successful in business. Most individuals are intimidated by the struggles that new speakers go with and falsely believe so. And the thing about being in the workshop business is that, it's not all about simply providing content.
