The Alchemyst
All About Alchemy
[Charmer's Ritual]
You can do this ritual in a Building or outside, but it has to be during the Daytime. 1pm to 3pm is preferred. (The Hour of the Sheep) The key element here is Light; any kind of Dark is a no-no.

For this Ritual, you will need the following items:
1.)
Decent sized piece of White chalk to make this. (There's a more elaborate version to do, but I cannot get this for you at this point in time.)
2.) The Object in which is Positive to you. or is be blessed.
3.) Decorated Red/Yellow/Green/Blue Candles.
4.) Pentacle, Athame (Ceremonial Dagger), Chalice, Wand, and Cauldron. (You can also use the Magician card in the Rider-Waite tarot deck as it has all four elements represented on the card.)
5.) Object to light candles.
6.) Uriel Oil, Ghobe Oil, Earth Oil, Earth Incense, Michael Oil, Djinn Oil, Fire Oil, Fire Incense, Gabriel Oil, Nixsa Oil, Water Oil, Water Incense, Raphael Oil, Paralda Oil, Air Oil, Air Incense, Spirit Oil, and Spirit Incense. (It can get HIGHLY FRAGRANT, but these are all needed)
7.) Jewish Holy Oil and Protection Bath Herbs. (Or Peace Bath Herbs)

Here's the method:
1.)
If you'll be doing it indoors, give the room a thorough clean and a spiritual cleanse by smudging or sweeping. If it's outdoors, clear the space of any rubbish or debris. Make sure that anyone going barefoot will be able to walk around if they need to. Prepare any practicalities such as a fire pit, etc. Appropriate any major props such as firewood, lanterns or an altar.
2.) Cleanse yourself by taking a bath or a shower and using some bath oils that you only use for if you're doing a ritual.
Protection Bath Herbs
Many magical protection herbs are used in aromatherapy and herbal medicine to increase alertness and mental function, so I suggest Protection Bath Herbs. They smell pungent and awakening. Be safe and aware! The Sun offers its powers of protection, and so Protection Bath Herbs are formulated on Sundays in the Waxing Moon. Use this bath to improve your own protective energy, or prior to performing any magical operations for protection. To prepare, boil at least a quart of water. Fill the reusable muslin bag about half full with herbs. Turn off the heat of the pot and throw in the bag of herbs. Cover, and allow to steep for a good 15 minutes, while you draw the bath water. Add the tea to your bath, and use the muslin bag of herbs as a washcloth. This is an ancient technique for ritual bathing that fills your bath with both the essential oils and water-soluble compounds of the herbs. You can make a bath that is hot or cool this way. This is especially recommended for sensitive skin.

Peace Bath Herbs
Peace Bath Herbs, with the Hops and Catnip is the ultimate personal unwind experience, but of course people could also use it to promote world peace in their magic. It is very calming and soothing in fragrance.
3.) Begin by grounding yourself. Find your inner peace, and become good and relaxed. Shut out all the things from your mundane life that distracts you.
4.) Place the four candles: East (Yellow), South (Red), West (Blue), and North (Green) on each quarters of the circle. Altar is in the middle of the circle, directed North. Draw the circle using the chalk like this. (The Uppermost version, naturally.) Once again, I don’t have the more detailed Magick Circle image, so this will have to do for now. Light the candles in order: East, South, West, and then North. Next, light up in this exact order: Raphael Oil, Paralda Oil, Air Oil, Air Incense, Michael Oil, Djinn Oil, Fire Oil, Fire Incense, Gabriel Oil, Nixsa Oil, Water Oil, Water Incense, Uriel Oil, Ghobe Oil, Earth Oil, Earth Incense, Spirit Oil, and then Spirit Incense.
5.) Anoint Object with the Jewish Holy Oil.
6.) Imagine Air, its energy, feeling, entering the circle, and creating it. (Sylphs)
Imagine Fire, its energy, feeling, entering the circle, and creating it. (Salamanders)
Imagine Water, its energy, feeling, entering the circle, and creating it. (Undines)
Imagine Earth, its energy, feeling, entering the circle, and creating it. (Gnomes)
7.) Call the elements to be present in your space; Clockwise, starting at East:
Face East and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the East, ye Lords of Air; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle. (Paralda)
Face South and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the South, ye Lords of Fire; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle. (Djinn)
Face West and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the West, ye Lords of Water; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle. (Nixsa)
Face North and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the North, ye Lords of Earth; I do summon call and stir you up, to witness our rites and to guard the Circle. (Ghobe)
8.) Take a moment to honor your deity/deities. A symbolic picture or sculpture helps to focus the mind, especially in group rituals where it helps to have everyone focused on the same thing.
9.) Visualize your goal and meditate on it. Take some time to cast your spell as you meditate. (Be clear and concise at what you need)
10.) Thank your God/Goddess.
11.) Thank the elements and release them in reverse order:
Face North and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the North, ye Lords of Earth; I thank you for attending my rite; and ere you depart to your fair and lovely realms, I bid thee Hail and Farewell.
Face West and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the West, ye Lords of Water; I thank you for attending my rite; and ere you depart to your fair and lovely realms, I bid thee Hail and Farewell.
Face South and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the South, ye Lords of Fire; I thank you for attending my rite; and ere you depart to your fair and lovely realms, I bid thee Hail and Farewell.
Face East and say: Ye Lords of the Watchtowers of the East, ye Lords of Air; I thank you for attending my rite; and ere you depart to your fair and lovely realms, I bid thee Hail and Farewell.
12.) Finally, open your circle. This will release any residual energy. Some like to do this as they release the elements.
13.) Let the Oils and incenses keep burning for five more minutes, then extinguish them in the reverse order they were lit: Spirit Oil, Spirit Incense, Uriel Oil, Ghobe Oil, Earth Oil, Earth Incense, Gabriel Oil, Nixsa Oil, Water Oil, Water Incense, Michael Oil, Djinn Oil, Fire Oil, Fire Incense, Raphael Oil, Paralda Oil, Air Oil, and then Air Incense.
14.) Take some time to come back to the now by grounding yourself again. You can also do this by eating and drinking something, hugging a friend, patting yourself all over your body or visualizing roots growing into the ground to steady you. (Wine and Cake?)

[TIPS]
-The ritual above can be changed to suit the need of the intent, the number of participants, etc. It's just a basic structure that will assist a practitioner that needs to do many rituals.
-Some simple ways of representing this can be a blue pillar candle on a glass or stoneware pedestal or dish designed for use with a pillar candle (the blue is Water, the lit candle is Air and Fire, and the pedestal is Earth).
-Gather together universal symbols and always keep them in one area near your altar. One of the best universal symbols to use is one that contains the four elements of Fire, Air, Water, and Earth.
-Sandalwood incense also works in most rituals as it is good for protection, healing, spirituality and wishes.
-You might be involved in a particular magical group that honors one particular deity or set of deities. Feel free to come up with your own template, either based on the one above or of your own invention. Having a template is very useful for the busy magical practitioner, and helps you to know your set-up in advance, keeping you focused.
-You can also use the Magician card in the Rider-Waite tarot deck as it has all four elements represented on the card. If you choose a representation of the four elements that doesn't have a candle, place a white candle (universal energy) next to it.
-State "and it harm none, so may it be" or a similar form of that expression so that you don't "accidentally" cause harm. A word to the wise - think hard before you cast a spell for ill intent or to manipulate another person against their will. The backlash the Universe will place on you is not worth the imagined gain.
-Be respectful when you call to spirits, Gods and Goddesses, and the Elements. The idea is that you are working with beings from the spiritual plane, if you open yourself up to them through opening your circle, and then act disrespectfully toward them, they can be disrespectful back, sometimes in surprising ways. If you know that you correspond heavily with a specific element, flare your elemental energy only when calling that element. Humble yourself and push your elemental tendencies down when calling the others. They will come to you more easily.
-Have precautions for the Dark Ones that would sneak through planes though.
