Super Nani is a family entertainer and the film is about woman empowerment who is ridiculed and taken for granted by her family. Bharti Bhatia (Rekha) will be seen playing the role of Manorath (Sharman Joshi) grandmother who sacrifices everything for her children and grandchildren. Mann an NRI arrives to India to see his grandma and sees how his grandmother treated by the family members and husband, R K Bhatia (Randhir Kapoor ). How he makes his family realise her value will form the crux of the story.
