Last year the FDA advised consumers not to buy or use more than 25 products marketed for weight loss because they contain active pharmaceutical ingredients that may pose a risk to your health. Those weight loss pills have been declared a danger to your health.

Some of those products, which are sold over the counter at pharmacies and online include; 2 Day Diet, 3 Day Diet, 24 Hours Diet, 7 Day Herbal Slim and Perfect Slim, just to name a few.

According to a press release by the FDA those products have not been approved and they have been declared illegal and harmful to consumers.

If you are using any of these products the FDA is warning about, the FDA advises you to stop taking those products and consult your health care professional immediately. You are encouraged to seek guidance from a health care professional before purchasing weight loss products.

When you gained the extra weight you carry around, was it because of pills or supplements? Of course not, so use common sense and think about what you did to gain weight and then reverse the process.
